Making weeknight suppers can be challenging until you find an easy go to recipe. Recently, I started making Egg Roll in a Bowl using beef or pork and both are pictured above. Paula Deen's 5 Minute Fudge is the easiest dessert to make. Most ingredients will be found in your baking drawer if you are a baker. I did not have access to large marshmallows and substituted a half bag of mini marshmallows.
