Raspberry Crumble
If you are like me you usually have frozen fruit in your freezer for smoothies or muffins or fresh juices. I love making date squares (see earlier post) and today I tried using raspberries in a baking dish. The key is to have small size ramekin dishes (4-6) to serve individual servings. You could use a larger size casserole dish but I find sometimes you miss out on the mixing of the raspberry filling and buttery crumble taste.
