5 Minute Fudge


When I am needing a quick dessert or chocolate fix--I make this 5-minute fudge. If you are a baker you most likely have all the ingredients in your pantry. Fudge is flexible in that you can have add-ons like walnuts or pecans or sprinkles or even extra marshmallows. Bonus: you add evaporated milk, sugar, and butter to melt on the stove top - remove once it is boiling (4-5 minutes) and add the chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallows and you are done.
